The number of parcels surged across China after the e-commerce giant Tmall launched the annual online shopping promotion on Nov. 11. China's annual sessions of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) and the 13th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee have opened in Beijing.
