Nestled in remote mountainous area, Yingwan village faced the challenge to get rid of poverty. In 2017, villagers started to produce honey through a newly-founded bee cultivation cooperative with support from local government. Beekeepers here, who combine the traditional way of bee-keeping with modern processing method, find a broader market through online platforms.
